With this many agents, the ones clients call back are the ones who are easiest to reach — and easiest to verify.

The challenge

What brokers tell us gets in the way

01

Paper cards end up in a drawer

A buyer meets five agents over a weekend of viewings. Paper cards get lost; the agent who is one tap away on WhatsApp gets the follow-up.

02

Changing brokerage means reprinting

Brokers move between agencies. Every move means new cards — and every client with an old card now has the wrong details.

03

Clients want proof you are registered

Buyers, especially from overseas, want to see a registration number and a real brokerage before they share their budget.

04

Your listings live in five places

Portal listings, Instagram reels, a PDF brochure. Clients shouldn't have to hunt for them after the viewing.

How Cardly.ae helps

How Cardly.ae fits the way brokers work

WhatsApp in one tap

Your card opens a WhatsApp chat with you directly — no saving numbers first, no mistyped +971 numbers.

Your BRN and brokerage, up front

Show your broker registration number (BRN) with your brokerage's name and office registration number (ORN), so clients can look you up in the Dubai Land Department's broker directory before they call.

Live listings, always current

Add current properties with price and a link to the portal or brochure. Remove a unit the minute it's sold.

Viewing-request form

A short form collects name, phone and a message with the client's consent, and lands in your leads inbox, with an email alert.

Arabic and English on one card

Clients switch language with one tap. Your Arabic name and title display properly, right-to-left.

Move agencies without reprinting

Your NFC card opens your online card. Update your details once and every card you have handed out shows the new ones.

Card setup

Recommended card setup for brokers

The layout we suggest for a Dubai or Abu Dhabi broker. It takes about ten minutes to build.

  1. 1Profile: your name in Arabic and English, your title (e.g. Property Consultant), brokerage name and logo.
  2. 2Your BRN (broker registration number) in your title line or a short text block — exactly as it appears on your broker card — and your brokerage's ORN.
  3. 3Mobile number with WhatsApp switched on, plus your office line and email.
  4. 4A Products block with 3–6 current properties: photo, price in AED and a link to each permitted listing.
  5. 5A lead form titled “Request a viewing” with name, phone and message fields.
  6. 6Social links where you post property tours (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and a map to your office.

Solo brokers can start on the Free plan. Pro (AED 25/month or AED 199/year) adds 12-month analytics and CSV lead export. Brokerages with 3+ agents use Teams (AED 180 per seat per year) for a locked brand template and shared leads.

Frequently asked questions

Can I show my broker registration number (BRN) on the card?

Yes. Add your BRN to your title line or a short text block so clients can verify you. Keep it exactly as it appears on your broker card, and update it if it changes.

Do clients need an app to open my card?

No. Your card opens in the phone's browser when a client taps your NFC card or scans your QR code. Recent iPhones and most Android phones read NFC without any app. See how NFC business cards work.

What happens if I move to another brokerage?

Update your brokerage name, logo and details in your dashboard. Your card link and your NFC card stay the same, so everyone you've met sees your new details immediately.

Do I need a Trakheesi permit to show listings on my digital card?

Treat every listing on your card as a property ad. In Dubai, every real-estate ad needs an advertising permit issued through the Dubai Land Department's Trakheesi system, and the permit number must appear in the ad; print and audiovisual ads must also show the permit's Madmoun QR code (since 24 April 2023). The simplest approach is to add each listing's permit number to its name (the card shows only a listing's photo, name and price) or link only to permitted listings. In Abu Dhabi, ADREC's Madhmoun platform issues the permits instead. Not legal advice — confirm with the DLD or ADREC. More in our Dubai broker card guide and Abu Dhabi guide.

Is there a plan for brokerages?

Yes. Teams costs AED 180 per seat per year (or AED 19 per seat per month) with a minimum of 3 seats. It includes a locked brand template, central leads and member management. See Teams.
