Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum team size?

3 seats. Many platforms start at 5 or more; we kept the minimum low so small UAE teams can use the same tools as large ones.

Can reps change the design?

Admins can lock the brand template so reps only edit their own details. Colours, logo and layout stay consistent across the team.

Can we connect leads to our CRM?

Today you can export leads as CSV and import them into any CRM. Each lead includes the source card, date and the consent the visitor gave.

What happens when someone leaves?

Remove them from the team in one click. Their cards are detached from your team and leave your team’s card list, shared leads and analytics. The cards stay with that person, so export any leads you need before you remove them.

Can the company pay on one invoice?

Yes. The Teams subscription is billed to your organisation, in AED.
