  1. Sign in to the Google account that manages your Business Profile.
  2. Open your profile: search your business name on Google, open it in Google Maps, or go to business.google.com.
  3. Choose Ask for reviews or Get more reviews (the label varies) and copy the link. It usually starts with https://g.page/r/.
  4. Paste it above. The tool accepts only Google links (g.page, maps.app.goo.gl, google.com/maps and search.google.com), so the code can't point to a look-alike site. If it's refused, copy the link again from your Business Profile.

Google's dashboard can also download a plain QR code on a computer. This tool adds an SVG for print shops and a table card in both languages.

What you get

  • A QR code as a PNG for screens and messages, and as an SVG for printing at any size.
  • A printable A6 table card (105 × 148 mm) that says "Scan to review us" and «امسح الرمز لتقييمنا». Print it, save it as a PDF from the print dialog, or download it as a PNG.

Ask the right way

Google lets businesses ask customers for reviews and suggests sharing a link or a QR code. Its policy prohibits offering anything in return, such as payment, discounts or free items, and asking only the customers you expect to be happy. It also says businesses shouldn't pressure people to leave a review while they're on the premises. That's why the card carries no incentive wording: ask every customer the same way and let them review when it suits them.

Where to put it

Counters, tables, receipts, invoices, delivery bags and your thank-you email. Place the card where people naturally pause, at the till or while they wait, and add the link to your email signature and WhatsApp replies. Expect the occasional negative review, and answer it calmly and professionally: future customers read the replies too.

The QR code and table card are made in your browser. Cardly.ae never receives your link.

Frequently asked questions

Is it allowed to put a review QR code in my shop?

Yes. Google's own Business Profile help suggests asking customers to visit a review link or scan a QR code. What its policy prohibits is offering incentives, asking only happy customers, and pressuring people to review while they're on the premises.

Why won't the tool accept my link?

It only accepts links that point at Google: g.page, maps.app.goo.gl, google.com/maps and search.google.com. That stops a review QR code from sending customers to a look-alike site. Copy the link again from Ask for reviews or Get more reviews in your Business Profile.

Can I change the link after printing?

No. The link is stored in the QR code itself, so a different link means printing a new card. After any change to your Business Profile, scan a printed card once to check it still opens your review page.
