What does HiHello focus on today?
HiHello focuses on software rather than hardware: it doesn't sell NFC cards and instead lets you write your card to an NFC tag you already own. Its plans bundle email signatures and virtual meeting backgrounds with the card, and every plan with cards can add them to Apple or Google Wallet.
Pricing is published on its pricing page: the free Personal plan includes 4 digital cards, Professional is US$72 billed yearly (shown as US$6/month), and Business is US$60 per user per year for 5–100 users, with Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics integrations. In the UAE App Store, Professional is AED 34.99/month or AED 299.99/year.
The app is available in English, French and Spanish. HiHello's help article on languages says right-to-left text such as Arabic should be pasted into fields rather than typed.
What's different for UAE users?
Arabic that works properly
Cardly.ae is built Arabic-first: an Arabic interface, right-to-left layouts and one card that switches between Arabic and English. HiHello doesn't offer an Arabic interface.
Dirham prices on the web
Cardly.ae prices are set in dirhams on the web. HiHello prices its website plans in US dollars; in its iPhone app you pay in AED at App Store prices — HiHello Professional is AED 34.99/month in the UAE App Store.
Local delivery
NFC cards are made to order and dispatched within 1–3 working days. After dispatch, delivery takes 2–4 working days UAE-wide, or the next working day in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi with Express. Standard delivery is free on orders of AED 199 or more.
Small teams welcome
Teams start at 3 seats (AED 180 per seat per year), so a three-person office pays for three people.
